My name is James Mignone. I grew up in River Edge New Jersey but in 9th grade I moved to Kaysville Utah. Before I moved to Utah, I played lacrosse from kindergarten to 8th grade, but now I stopped playing it. I have a Mom, Dad and a brother.
Favorites
My favorite food is Popeyes chicken tenders. They are my favorite because I can never get tired of them. My favorite TV show is Trailer Park Boys, I like this show because it is super funny and ridiculous with the stuff that happens in the show. My favorite sport is basketball, even though I don’t play it on a team, I love to watch the NBA. I find the NBA very interesting. My favorite basketball team is the Utah Jazz, I like the Jazz because of Donovan Mitchell, I like his playing style. My Favorite kind of music is rap, I like rap because I find it very catchy and I enjoy the beats that the songs use. My favorite kind of car is a McLaren P1, this is my favorite car because I like the way it looks, and it goes super-fast.
Trips
One of my favorite trips that I have been on was to Cancun, Mexico. Another trip that my family has taken was to the Dominican Republic, which was about 2 years ago, nut was by far the best trip my family has taken. It was the best trip because I got drive 4-wheeler around, and I got unlimited drinks and food.
School
Before I attended Centennial Junior High, I went to River Dell middle school in River Edge New Jersey. I am in the 9th grade. My favorite subject in school is science. I find science very interesting and I like to do experiments. My least favorite subject in school is English, i don’t like English because I don’t enjoy reading and i’m bad at writing.
Hobbies
One of my hobbies is riding my bike around with my brother. I like riding my bike around with my brother because it is relaxing and i find it fun to spend time with him. Another one of my hobbies is playing basketball, with my brother. I love to play with him and destroy him on 1 v 1’s.

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
